Past Medical History

You have no previous history of leg pain.

Presenting history

You fell off your bicycle and felt severe pain in the leg. The pain did not subside. You went to the hospital where the x-ray showed no fracture. You were discharged on analgesics. Three days ago the pain recurred and you went to the hospital again.
